Online home of the Army FRG. Hosts individual unit's Virtual FRGs, allowing a secure environment in which information, resources and support are available to Service members and their family members 24 hours a day.

Building Family Rituals
Normal working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday. In an effort to better serve the veteran and family members, upon request Vet Centers will provide services after normal work hours and/or on weekends.

Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans
Provides housing, employment and legal assistance to positively motivated veterans across the state of Minnesota who are homeless, in danger of homelessness or are experiencing life crises. There are three MACV offices, located in Minneapolis, Duluth and Mankato.

Education, relocation, parenting, stress - you name it - Military OneSource is here to help you with just about any need. Available by phone or online, the free service is provided by the Department of Defense for active duty, Guard and Reserve Service members and their families. The service is completely private and confidential, with few exceptions.
